Determine what is unique about your practice and use that to market yourself and set yourself aside from all your competitors. You want your content to constantly appear on people’s timelines. Having social media accounts also allows interested patients to contact you. Engage with those people. People don’t normally trust dormant social media accounts as it gives them the feeling that the practice or business is no longer operational. So you have to keep it active and alive. Do this by creating materials such as posting articles, videos, infographics, photos, and so on.

It has to be relevant in your field and to interested and existing patients. They will not pay attention to your materials and efforts if it does not relate to them. According to research it only takes humans a few seconds before they decide that something is worth their time. So make sure that from the heading or title alone you have caught their attention.

There are a lot of spaces online that you could use to get the word out. Now that you have all your social media accounts and your website. You can have an ad. Your ad will redirect interested people to your social media accounts or your website. Facebook and Google are the top platforms to advertise on.

7. Monitor and Engage

Now that you have content and materials up and running you have to constantly monitor them so that you could assess whether it works or that. Through that data, you could improve for the better. If people are responding, use this as an opportunity to engage with them.

Marketing your practice is not a one-person job. Your professional job is hard work on its own and doing all this can add to your workload.
